Silica compounds are very important ingredient of the osseous tissue, cartilaginous tissue and connective tissue.Deficit of silica, which is called as the element of youth, mainly influence condition of the skin, hair and nails. Hair is splitting and falling out, it becomes dry and matt, and nails are brittle and fragile.
